Abstract

203,030. Cope, C. W. May 29, 1922. Spiked plates.-A device for determining the position of pictures &c. on walls consists of a plate or disc having a pin or pins projecting from each side, the pin or pins on one side being adapted to engage the picture or like frame, while the pin or pins on the other side engage the wall. The pins may be formed integrally with or stamped from the body of the disc, or may be formed on the ends of a flat-coiled wire. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 28416/08, [Class 52, Furniture &c.], and 14796/09.'
