Abstract

Animal feeding apparatus comprises a curved sheet metal trough 10 having substantially vertical upper longitudinal side edge portions, two spaced longitudinal metal members 11, 12 of inverted-U section lying along the side edge portions of the trough element respectively, each edge portion lying within the associated longitudinal member and being secured to the inner surface of the outer side flange thereof by spot welding, and end walls 14 extending across the opposite ends of the trough element. Mounted on one or both longitudinal members is an apertured frame member 15 comprising vertically spaced horizontal frame members separated by spaced vertical frame members 17. <IMAGE>
