Abstract

A terminal connector for an electric storage battery comprises body 11 having a bore 12 therein arranged to receive a battery terminal post 13. Mounted in the body 11 for movement relative thereto is an operating member 16 which carries a conductive element 18 to which an electrical cable 22 is secured. The operating member 16 is movable relative to the body 11, while the body 11 remains stationary, to move the conductive element 18 and/or the electrical sable 22 relative to the bore 12 and into and out of electrical contact with a battery terminal post 13 received in the bore 12 in use. <IMAGE>
