Abstract
A process for producing oxide dispersion strengthened material having enhanced mechanical properties includes the steps of consolidating oxide dispersion strengthened power into a solid mass, working said mass into an elongated body and directionally recrystallizing the body in a direction transverse to the direction of elongation.
