Abstract

A stop or exposure time scale 14 is illuminated via a slit 26 by a reflector 23 attached to a rotary meter mechanism 15. As shown, the reflector 23 is illuminated by an LED 27 and by external light entering at 28. The spot on scale 14 illuminated by reflector 23 is directed by a prism 32 to the viewfinder prism 11. The reflector 23 may be in the form of a spiral (e.g. 34, Figure 6; not shown). <IMAGE>
