Abstract

In order to prevent lifting of the casing due to heating of the gas ted discharge end relative to the intake end in gas turbines, support props (7) movably supported on both sides of the gas discharge end of the casing (1) are disposed in machine support blocks (3) and foundation support blocks (9), spherical bearing blocks (11, 11') lying on pressure blocks (4, 4') in the machine support blocks (3) and foundation support blocks (9), the support props (7) being inclined to the longitudinal machine axis (2a). <IMAGE>
