Abstract
A single-sided pump wheel 16 is common to and axially displaceable between two working positions in two pump casings 12a, 12b built together into one unit 12. One 12a of said pump casings has at least one individual discharge branch 26. The other pump casing 12b has at least one individual suction branch 27, and a branch 28, which constitutes a suction branch when said pump wheel 16 is in one of its working positions, in which said pump wheel 16 cooperates with both pump casings 12a, 12b, and constitutes a pressure branch when the pump wheel is in its other working position, in which it cooperates only with said other pump casing 12b. <IMAGE>
