Abstract

A cylinder lock has an inner cylinder provided with several laminar tumblers at least one of which 5 a is provided with notches 11 along the longer edges thereof for engagement by sharp edges 7 of the longitudinal recess of the outer cylinder of the lock. Any attempt to pick the lock by trying to rotate the inner cylinder with respect to the outer cylinder with the tumblers projecting will simply result in the sharp edges engaging the slots and preventing rotation of the laminar tumblers. <IMAGE>
