Abstract

Fungicidal mixtures possessing notable activity against rusts, especially rust infections in coffee or cereals, comprising a fungicidally effective amount of a) 2-cyano-N-[(ethylamino)carbonyl]-2- (methoxyimino)-acetamide and b) at least one copper compound e.g. one or more fixed copper fungicide as well as a method of combating or preventing rust infection in plants. Fixed copper fungicides specified include copper (II) carbonate, copper (II) calcium sulfate, copper (II) calcium oxychloride, tetracupric oxychloride, Bordeaux and Burgundy mixtures, cuprous oxide, cupric hydroxide, copper (II) oxychloride or mixtures thereof; copper triethanolamine hydroxide and bis (ethylenediamine)-copper (II) sulfate. The compositions may be formulated as wettable powders or water dispersible concentrates.
