Abstract

A brood chamber or super for a bee hive comprises separately formed end walls 2 and sidewalls 3 each being a moulded construction formed from integral- skinned rigid polyurethane foam, capable of assembly on site to form the brood chamber or super. The side walls may be secured in recesses in the end walls by gluing or adjacent walls may have interengaging projections and recesses. <IMAGE>
