Abstract

A T-slot cutter has a body (6) with two opposed slots in which fit cutter blades (7) with angled cutting faces and which are axially offset one from another. Each blade (7) has four cutting edges and can be indexed through 90 DEG steps to present a fresh edge as one becomes worn. After all four edges have been used a cutter blade (7) is thrown away. <IMAGE>
