Abstract

A face mask (1), preferably a half mask, includes a nose clamp provided by an elastic spring element (4) which is attached to the mask (1) so as to press it continuously against both sides of the nose of a wearer of the mask. The connection of the spring element (4) to the mask (1) is at two points only, at each of which a stud (2), preferably made of rubber, on the mask engages in a corresponding hole in the spring element (4). <IMAGE>
