Abstract

201,570. Chatelan, J. July 28, 1922, [Convention date]. Vulcanizing-materials.-An accumulator for the vulcanization of rubber consists of cyanamide or dicyandiamide. By adding an amount of dicyandiamide equal to the sulphur present, the time of vulcanization is reduced to half that required when using sulphur alone.
