Abstract
The device comprises two semi- cylindrical sections each containing a pivotal hollow half-cone and adapted for connection to a flanged end of an outlet. After the device has been connected to the outlet the cones are released to pivot under the action of fluid flow to stop the flow out of the outlet, upper exit ports on the device conducting the flow to storage. <IMAGE>
