Abstract

An anti blister shoe insole comprising an EVA moulded base 2 and upper flexible Material 1 laminated together, which incorporates two oval shaped plastic discs 3, 5 with liquid or gel lubricant 4 between the discs, the discs being stitched into place in the ball of the foot area to allow lateral movement.
