Abstract

A decorative topper comprises a loop with a central axis, a flexible decoration situated along that central axis, and a temporary means of attachment to a surface situated along the central axis. The topper may be used to decorate a bottle of wine which may be opened and poured with the topper still in place. The loop may be rigid or flexible and may include an elasticated portion.
