Abstract

A unit intended to generate power has a motor 4 driven water propeller 7 (axial flow pump) supplying water to a channel 3 via a tapered tube 6. The water in the channel 3 drives an undershot water wheel 2, which drives a generator (8, figure 1). The unit is based in a pool 1. There may be 2 or 3 pumps (figures 9-12)
