Abstract

A flexible jointed profile used as an alternative to lead flashing comprises two sections 12, 14, coupled together with a flexible joint. One of the two sections 14 is contoured, shaped to match a roof tile or slate or scrolled to a predetermined pattern. The profile may be formed from fiberglass or grp. The contoured or shaped section may be moulded. A method of forming the profile is also provided.
