Abstract

A process for the preparation of an orally administered palatable unit dose tablet comprising naratriptan, anhydrous lactose, a first microcrystalline cellulose, a second microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium and magnesium stearate, wherein the process comprises the preparation of a core tablet using the steps defined therein and coating the core tablet followed by collecting and packaging the coated unit dose tablets.
