Abstract

A filing sheet for preparations has a unitary plastics sheet provided with a plurality of rectangular recesses (2) therein spaced apart in lateral and longitudinal relationship, each recess receiving a preparation and having preparation-holders (3) projecting inward of said recess from a pair of opposing side walls (4a, 5a) which define said recess, and fingertip recesses (6) provided in the other pair of opposing side walls and adjoining to said rectangular recess; an index portion (9) provided in one marginal portion of said filing sheet; and holes (10) provided in the other marginal portion of said filing sheet for binding a plurality of said filing sheets together. The filing sheet is readily obtained from an integral plastics sheet by a press process. <IMAGE>
