Abstract
An opposed blade damper unit, intended for use in a terminal of a ventilation system, comprises a plurality of damper blades 6, 7, each provided with a toothed quadrant rotor member 16 at each end such that the set of blades 6 has its blades rotating in the clockwise direction simultaneously with rotation in the anti-clockwise direction of the blades 7 of the alternate set. <IMAGE>
