Abstract

A stripline circulator has slots (2a) cut into corresponding edges of sector-like extensions (1a) projecting from the disk-like centre of the stripline element (1), the extensions lying within the circumference of ferrite disks (4) co-axial with the stripline element. Connecting tongues (3a) extend outward from the slots. This matches the device to a transmission line without the need for matching networks. <IMAGE>
