Abstract

The abdominal belt (9) extends between a winder (15) having incorporated belt blocking means placed in the lower rear corner of the door and a central anchoring point (8, 12). It is fixed intermediate its length to a slider (17) which is guided in a slideway (16) which extends upwardly and forwardly of the winder (15). Thus, when the door is opened, the abdominal belt is brought to such position that it clears the access to the seat. <IMAGE>
