Abstract

A plurality of antennae (1, 2, 3, 4) are relatively positioned so that fast fading of the signals to which the antennae are sensitive is poorly correlated, commutation means (5) being connected to the antennae to derive a composite signal consisting of signals from each of the antennae in turn consecutively, a filter (11) being connected to receive the composite signal or a signal derived from the composite signal to remove any frequency components produced by the commutation means (5). <IMAGE>
