Abstract

A wiper head 17 is attachable to a wiper arm 11 which has recesses 13 and shoulders 15. The wiper head has bosses 21 which can be inserted into the recesses 13 in such a way that the head 17 can move relative to the arm 11 by rotation of the bosses 21 in the recesses. In this way the head can be moved to a position which locates fingers 23 behind the shoulders 15 on the wiper arm. When the parts are in this position, removal of the bosses from the recesses. A temporary stop 51 facilitating assembly is broken away before use. <IMAGE>
