Abstract
A heater connecting member, for a cathode ray tube, comprises two halves (1, 2) which are mechanically joined together in an electrically insulating manner via a member of an electrically insulating material (3). Each connecting member is adapted to be connected to a respective end of a heater, attached to a respective support member of an electrode system and conductively connected to a respective filament terminal in a base of the tube. <IMAGE>
