Abstract

A tap conversion kit has an adaptor 10 to fit onto an existing water tap spindle 18, the adaptor being cubic and having three intersecting bores 12, 14, 16 of different diameters, any of which can be selected for the spindle according to the diameter of the spindle. The handle 32 is a push fit onto the adaptor in any of the possible positions of the adaptor on the spindle. This avoids the necessity for making a range of different adaptors to suit different tap spindle diameters. <IMAGE>
