Abstract
In an electrostatic influencing device, comprising two metallic plates 1 to be contacted by the user's hands or feet and an earthing terminal 5, the plates 1 are physically insulated from the earthing terminal 5 by means of two coil pairs, each comprising two coils 3'', 4'' wound together in such a way that the turns of the two coils are in intimate contact with but electrically insulated from each other, one coil of each coil pair having one end connected to one of the plates (at 2) and the other end unconnected and the other coil of the same pair having one end connected to the earthing terminal 5 and the other end connected. Each coil pair may comprise a copper core 6. <IMAGE>
