Abstract

Control means comprises electrical probes (18, 19) at two different levels in chamber (13) and an electronic circuit (16, 22) connected to the probes and arranged for controlling flow of filtrate into the chamber on a cylical basis and also for determining "freeness" in terms of the time taken for a predetermined quantity of the fitrate to accumulate in the chamber. <IMAGE>
