Abstract

A cubicle such as shower cubicle, comprises a frame (27) having side members (28), interconnected by a transverse member (29) at the top, and pivoted about a transverse axis at the bottom. In use the frame is inclined forwards. and a foldable side closure such as a curtain (35) extends rearwards from at least one end of the transverse member, while a front closure which may comprise one or two curtains (34) hangs from the transverse member. Access can be obtained through the side or front closure. When not in use the frame is swung back to an upright position, where it may be held by gravity, by clips, magnets or otherwise. <IMAGE>
