Brakes, arrangement of.-The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises a description of a four-wheel braking arrangement in which the front wheels are fitted with brakes as described in the parent Specification and the rear wheels are fitted with brakes of ordinary type. This tends to prevent skidding and enables more powerful braking to be effected during reversing. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 178,812, [Class 103 (i), Brakes &c.].
