Abstract

196,861. Green, H. F. Sept. 11, 1922. Wind-propelled toys.- A mascot for a motor vehicle or other moving object consists of the figure of an animal, fish, or the like provided with an air-operated rotary device representing some part of the animal, the device having the feature that it is partly under cover and partly exposed. The figure may represent a duck, the rotary device, d, representing the feet and legs, being pivoted in a recess in the underside of the body. In another construction, the figure may represent a fish, rotary devices representing fins being partly housed in recesses in the sides of the figure. The body of the figure may be free to swing on a vertical pivot.
