Electric appliances. - Suspensory and other bandages carry electric couples comprising thin dissimilar metal plates 2, 3 of different diameters separated by a layer of fabric 4. The couples 2, 3 are arranged on the 'bandage a as shown and may be connected in parallel by insulated wire. The outer edges of the plates may be protected by fabric and their contact surface 3 may be covered or the couple may be mounted on a piece of thin fabric secured to the bandage.
