Balls.-A golf ball comprises an inner part consisting of rubber strip wound under tension and a thin cover consisting mainly of balata and rubber, loaded with a heavy substance such as litharge or tungsten powder. The cover may be made by mixing equal parts by weight of litharge and balata and rubber.
