Abstract

191,791. Morse, S. H. Oct. 10, 1921. Drying-apparatus, continuous. -Relates to improvements in print drying machines such as are described in Specifications 121,936 and 134,771 and comprises arranging the points b<3> of entry and c<1> of exit in such relative position as to minimize the risk of spoiling the prints by dropping water. Squeegee rollers b<1> are mounted ciose to the point b<1> of entry to remove surface moisture from the prints which are delivered into a tray D. A dogclutch f<1> is provided on the wormshaft F for use with alternating- current motors.
