Abstract
24,355. Norton, H. J., and Murray & Co., R. S. Dec. 19. Sweetmeats.-Caramel sweetmeats are made by boiling the mixture of sugar, glucose, cream, and butter until it reaches a semi-fluid consistency somewhat resembling cake-batter, and then transferring it to funnel-shaped holders, from which it is expressed by hand and allowed to drop into moulds of the desired shape.
