Perforated containers for use in cooking- vessels.-Frying-pans are provided with means to receive the cooked foodstuffs comprising a detachable container adapted to extend over a part of the pan and having a rim or wall a, a gauze or other perforated bottom c, a handle c, spring or other clips f for holding it on the pan b, and an inclined bottom rim d for conducting the fat back to the pan.
