[Published under Section 91 of the Act.] Condiments and sauces; fruit and vegetable preparations.-Products resembling meat extracts are obtained by removing the sugar from tomato or vegetable juices by fermentation with yeast, and then concentrating. The juice is separated from the pulp before or after fermentation, and the juice or pulp may be first sterilized.
