Tobacco pipes and cigar and cigarette holders. -On a mouthpiece having a series of longitudinal grooves 12 cut in the preferably tapered inner end and partly covered by a cap, a baffle ring 13 preferably formed with a flange 14 is fixed at the end of the grooves against a shoulder, so as to be spaced from the cap as shown. The cap and ring may be stamped or formed of any suitable metal.
