Venting-apparatus; overflow fittings. - A spiling or venting valve for use in connecting a full cask to a cask on draught has an externally screw-threaded casing extension e arranged in alinement with the valve spindle b and adapted to be screwed into an end of the cask &c., a gimlet or drill d screwed to the closure-operating spindle being disposed within the casing. A second tubular extension of the casing is adapted to receive the end of a flexible pipe g communicating with the second cask.
