Teeth, artificial.-An artificial tooth has a flat back except for undercut projections b, Fig. 2, which extend from about the middle to the base, and preferably die away at their lower ends. A single pin d may be added, and the projections may also be undercut externally. A tooth with a single projection b<1>, externally undercut, is shown in Fig. 5.
