6111. Potter, C. E. March 11. Tapping.-Opaque paper and other milkcontainers are provided with a line D, Fig. 1, around the outside, indicating the level of the bottom of the cream when the cream has risen. A hole E is provided on this line for the reception of a spout F, Fig. 4, the hole normally being closed by the wax of a wax lining. The spout is first inserted so that the outer limb points upwards, and is then turned to bring the opening F<2> uppermost when the cream is withdrawn.
