Abstract
19,821. Haas, E. de, and Gondrexon, G. Sept. 6. Mats.-A metal door-mat is built up from strips 1 having central notches 2 and end notches 3 arranged so that when the strips are bent into the V-shape, the metal at the notches 2 may be rotated into engagement with the notches 3 of the arms of adjoining strips, as shown in Fig. 2, to build up a mat of any desired length or breadth, without the aid of rivets or like fastenings. To keep the strips in a flat position, they may be surrounded by a suitable frame.
