19,537. Eberhardt, A. Sept. 1. Jewellery.-A detachable ornament, preferably of metal, is placed at the edges of collars, cuffs, &c. In one form, two arms b, Fig. 1, at right angles embrace the corners of the cuff and are held on partly by a clip l and partly by a pin c, Fig. 4, on a flap d hinged to a frame f The frame f is integral with the device and lies on the interior of the cuff, and the flap d has an eye which engages a stud e on the frame and holds the flap with the pin c in the cuff. A stay k, connecting the arms of the device extends round the link hole so as to prevent the device from being lost if it should become detached from the cuff. In another form for a collar, a plate or disk g, Fig. 5, with or without limbs b<1> is similarly fastened to each collar edge. In this form, a locket i may be suspended from the plates.
