The chamber c has ports g, h, i arranged so that one or two may communicate with the supply pipes g<1>, h<1>, i<1>. Corresponding outlet ports in the chamber d communicate with the return pipes. A thermometer m extends into the valve. An indicator on the valve stem shows the extent to which the ports are open.
