Folding tables.-A folding table comprises a top having a fixed central portion C supported on fixed legs or other support, and alternately long and short leaves or flaps A, B, supported when raised by supplementary hinged leg frames. The central portion may be in the form of a Maltese cross, as shown in Fig. 1, or of polygonal or irregular shape. Or an irregular portion C may be formed in one with or secured to a base of Maltese-cross shape as shown in Fig. 4, the leaves being hinged to the base and recessed on their upper surfaces to fit the upper central portion. The supplementary legs E', Fig. 5, may be hinged to links E pivoted to fixed legs D on a rigid cross-frame F.
