Potassiumpersulphate is obtained by double decomposition between ammonium persulphate, produced electrolytically, and potassium sulphate or bisulphate. The potassium persulphate separates in crystalline plates which are separated from the liquid by suction. The ammonium sulphate or bisulphate is reconverted into persulphate by electrolysis.
