21,333. Lindley, J. F. Sept. 13. Panels.-The longitudinal edges of sheetmetal panels for furniture, such as bedsteads, are reinforced by bending them around wires. By reason of this, the panels 7 may be made of thinner metal than usual, and can be connected to each other and to the supporting-frame 6 by chills 10 without risk of burning through the panels or of causing them to buckle. The reinforcing-wires may be withdrawn, leaving tubular edges.
