21,020. Albion Motor Car Co., and Murray, T. B. Sept. 9. Clamps, eccentric.-A frame B provided with a transverse plate A carries knife - bars C. pivoted to the frame at the centre of its width. The ends of a belt or the like are threaded between the plate A and the bars C, and, upon tension being applied to the belt, the upper edge of each bar C, which is sharpened or serrated, grips the belt. One knife-bar may be dispensed with, one end of the belt being permanently secured to the frame.
