3459. Plant, A. Feb. 12. Push-bars.-In a folding go-car of the crossframe type, the handle-bars can be moved and held in one or other of two positions relative to the seat and back of the car to enable the carriage to be pushed in either direction. The Figure shows a folding carriage having handlebars C, which can be turned about pivots D on the side frames, pins E on the arm-rests and plates F on the handle-bars acting as stops in the two extreme positions. The handle-bars are held in either position by pins G entering holes H, I.
